Are you ready to take on the 2019 South's Rough Runner Challenge, whilst raising money for Smile4Wessex? 

Rough Runner is an obstacle course challenge, combining distance running with a variety of obstacles along the way, each inspired by game shows such as Total Wipeout, Gladiators, and Fun House. Expect sweeper arms, gym rings, big balls and yes, The Travelator!

You even get a choice of distances: a 5km route with 10 obstacles, a 10km route with 15, and if you’re up for the toughest challenge, a full 20 obstacles on the15km route .. So there really is something for everyone!

This epic obstacle challenge has a new venue for 2019, and will take place in Sussex for the very first time. The new flatter course will provide a stunning run through pristine parkland in the middle of the South Downs, with plenty of crisp country air .... what more could you ask for?

Fee entry includes: Free spectator access, bag drop off and of course an awesome medal!
