Corporate Support/Sponsorship
We are delighted to welcome the support of a number of local and regional businesses who have chosen to give their backing to our efforts. Some pledge their support by way of sponsorship for individual events, such as Pinnacle Group's sponsorship of our annual golf day, and ICCI's sponsorship of the annual Guernsey Golf Day & Dinner.
Numerous companies hold 'dress-down days' and the like to raise funds for the appeal, or adopt the Smile4Wessex Appeal as their 'Charity of the Year'. Recent examples of such support are Simply Health (in Andover), Douglas Stafford (Portsmouth) and Mouchel/Bournemouth Council.
Others provide assistance by making gifts ‘in-kind’ such as Colourspeed, a commercial printer based near Fareham, who produce our newsletter absolutely free of charge (and an excellent job they make of it too).
We are also looking to develop long-term relationships with local/regional businesses who offer special deals to the charity, or offer an introductory commission when their services or products are purchased by the charity’s supporters.
Sometimes referred to a ‘cause-related marketing’ initiatives, if you're a business that would like to join this programme then please do get in touch.
A prime example is our relationship with Snows Motor Group, who offer a £100 'commission' to the charity for each car purchased by a Smile4Wessex supporter from any of their many branches across the region. Please see HERE for details.
